Do you make custom orders?

I love custom orders! I’d be happy to work with you on a custom order. Please contact me by email at theclassylook@gmail.com and let me know what type of jewelry you’re interested in. Please include your phone number, email and a day and time that would be good for me to call you. Custom orders may take between 2-4 weeks. The price for a custom order will depend on the materials required and the complexity of the design. Please feel free to contact me with your needs and I look forward to working with you on your one of a kind design.

Who wears your jewelry?

The Classy Look's creations are jewelry intended for adults and collectors over 14 years old. They are not suitable for children as they may include small parts that could easily be swallowed. If you have any questions about any of my items or policies please do not hesitate to contact me.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Shopify Payments. You do not need a Shopify account to use this system. Shopify will not share your credit card information with me. If you are having any issues with payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.

What do you use for shipping?

My shipments typically go out through the US postal service within 2-3 days of the completed payment. They will be shipped to the address you provide. I offer $5 for Flat Rate or $10 for Priority mailing. If you would like expedited shipping or more insurance please, let me know. I will let you know what the additional cost will be. All items are shipped in a white gift box. If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I’ll be happy to gift wrap the item and include a personal message card from you at no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in a note to me during checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of custom orders. Items must be returned with original packaging in perfect condition. Buyer is to pay return shipping fee. To process a return, please contact me by email at theclassylook@gmail.com. 

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. To exchange an item please contact me at theclassylook@gmail.com. Custom orders may not be exchanged.
