Keum Boo bar necklace

This unique necklace was made using the ancient Korean technique of Keum Boo. Pure 24kt gold was bonded to pure silver using heat and pressure. The part of the necklace that’s black is the silver which I have treated chemically to turn it black thus highlighting the gold. The chain on this necklace is 18 inches long.
